  • Payment information — we do not store card or bank details. Payments are handled at delivery or via third-party UPI/payment apps whose own privacy terms apply.
  • Website usage — basic, anonymised analytics such as pages visited and device type (see our Cookie Policy).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To take, prepare, confirm and deliver your food orders and meal plans.
  • To customise meals to your stated dietary needs and fitness goals.
  • To contact you about your order or subscription via phone or WhatsApp.

3. WhatsApp Orders

When you place an order through the WhatsApp checkout on our website, the order details you send (items, total, and any name/address you type) are shared with us over WhatsApp and are subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We use this information solely to fulfil your order.

4. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share limited details only with delivery personnel to complete your order, or where required by law. Aggregate meal orders may be processed through third-party platforms (such as Zomato or Swiggy) when you order via those services, under their respective policies.

We keep your information only as long as necessary to serve you and to meet legal or accounting obligations. Meal-plan customer records are kept for the duration of your subscription and a reasonable period thereafter.
