By accessing our website, placing an order, or subscribing to a meal plan with Royal Nutrition House, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Ordering

  • Orders can be placed through our website cart (which completes on WhatsApp), by phone, or via partner platforms.
  • An order is confirmed only once we acknowledge it on WhatsApp or by phone.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to unavailability, incorrect pricing, or delivery-area limitations.

2. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Meal-plan prices are billed per week or per month as selected, with delivery charged separately as shown at checkout.
  • We may update prices and menu items at any time; the price applicable is the one confirmed at the time of your order.
  • Payment may be made on delivery or through the payment methods we make available.

3. Meal Plans & Subscriptions

  • Meal plans are prepared fresh and customised to the preferences and goals you share with us.
  • You must inform us of allergies, intolerances or medical dietary restrictions before subscribing.
  • Plans can be paused or modified with reasonable advance notice — please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Food, Health & Nutrition

Our meals are prepared to support healthy eating and fitness goals. Nutritional descriptions are provided in good faith and are approximate. Our food is not a substitute for medical advice or treatment. Please consult a qualified professional before making significant dietary changes.

5. Delivery

Delivery is available within our serviceable areas in Patiala. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by weather, traffic or demand. Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Because we serve freshly prepared perishable food, cancellation windows are limited.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including the Royal Nutrition House name, logo, text, and design — is our property and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Royal Nutrition House is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Patiala, Punjab.
