1. Delivery Area

We currently deliver across serviceable areas in Patiala, Punjab. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, message us on WhatsApp at +91 72781 00011 and we will confirm before you order.

2. Order Types

• Dine-in — visit us at Shop 13, Mansarover Complex, Bhupindra Road, 22 No., Patiala, Punjab 147001.
• Takeaway — order ahead and collect fresh.
• No-contact delivery — delivered safely to your doorstep.

3. Delivery Charges

• A standard delivery charge applies per order and is shown before you confirm.
• Meal-plan subscriptions include a delivery charge of ₹500, billed with the plan.
• From time to time we may offer free delivery above a minimum order value; any such offer will be shown at checkout.

4. Delivery Timings

• Deliveries are made during our business hours: Monday–Saturday 9:30 AM–10:00 PM and Sunday 1:00 PM–10:00 PM.
• Meal-plan deliveries are scheduled at agreed time windows.
• Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary with distance, weather, traffic and demand.

5. Freshness & Handling

All meals are freshly prepared and packed hygienically for transit. For the best taste and food safety, please consume your meal promptly on arrival and refrigerate if not eaten immediately.

6. Failed or Delayed Deliveries

Please ensure the delivery address and phone number you provide are accurate and that someone is available to receive the order. If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, we may be unable to offer a refund for perishable items. If a delay is caused on our side, we will make it right — contact us and we'll assist.
